Would you rather have KH 3 optimized to the fullest for the PS3 or the Wii?

Don't know about Birth by Sleep, nor in what way you could impliment remote play, but Wii and DS have the same ability.

If Dragon Quest Swords was crap, maybe that's because there's a slight difference between an arpg and a turnbased command driven game, in terms of their ability to implement motion controls. But I haven't played DQ Swords, so no idea wether you actually know what you're talking about here or not.

I'll give you integration of Home, but it's kind of a weak reason.

Again, I don't know about FFXIII, but the last FF game and KH game that I've seen had pretty much no similar gameplay whatsoever.  Maybe that's changed.
