The 4GB unit is still unglossy. I like my glossy 250GB unit even though it attracts dust. I wish the gloss was more scratch resistent though. My only other complaint with the unit that its still on the loud side especially the power brick. But the slim PS3 can get loud also especially when it has to load a lot of data.
