Will Pokemon Grey be on 3DS?

I also heard that Gamefreak planned to not create a Pokemon Grey, but if they do then the third in the Tao Trio will be the mascot. This would probably see a 3DS release and seems likely to be released due to the fact that the previous generations have all done this.
