you serious? it was released today (17th) in australia... I got a free copy from work otherwise honestly I woudnt have got it first day, have other games on my mind :D

As far as I can tell, it was delayed in the UK, NZ and Japan.... for some reason. It doesn't make sense, a much more positive thing to do would be to give a percent of the game sales to Earthquake relief funds, but why delay it in the UK?
