I actually searched for the countries that are involved in aid, but google gave me nothing but the first four, and Russia I got from a Russian news site. Sorry about that ;) Also, there are French nuclear experts involved as well.
And yeah, heads WILL roll. After this, I really doubt that the TEP will be covering up so much. We won't have a nuclear explosion if you listen to what the experts say, but sadly, there will always be quakes as long as Japan is seismically sensitive.
