To everyone saying that Japan has not requested foreign aid... I guess that the US, Australia, NZ, SK, and Russia FORCED themselves onto helping Japan? They have all sent humanitary supplies/rescue teams to the country who are all actively participating in the effort to make this whole mess a bit better - because since the quake and up until now, it only got worse. This "Japan doesn't need anyone" attitude is factually wrong.

You missed out the UK...  we are ALWAYS amongst the first along with the US.

Anyway...  you are bang on with this post.  The mood is changing in Japan, not only are they actively seeking help there is also a change in mood.  Fingers are beginning to be pointed within japan and the organisation of a lot of things seems to be wanting.

Fukushimas Prefecture Governor is not happy at all and the Tokyo Electric Power Company is looking like it may make BP appear like a bunch of tree huggers.

I actually searched for the countries that are involved in aid, but google gave me nothing but the first four, and Russia I got from a Russian news site. Sorry about that ;) Also, there are French nuclear experts involved as well.

And yeah, heads WILL roll. After this, I really doubt that the TEP will be covering up so much. We won't have a nuclear explosion if you listen to what the experts say, but sadly, there will always be quakes as long as Japan is seismically sensitive.

Yup... I feel really stupid now - http://www.independent.co.uk/news/world/asia/japan-requests-british-help-over-earthquake-2240130.html
