The Call of Duty 2 that was on 360 is a completely different game than Call of Duty: Big Red One that was on PS2.  Different campaigns, different developers, etc.

Splinter Cell Double Agent was completely different on the PS3/360 than it was on Xbox or PS2, but none of them would count as exclusives.

I guess..  It's like considering Final Fantasy 12 and Final Fantasy 12: Revenant Wings the same game.
