To everyone saying that Japan has not requested foreign aid... I guess that the US, Australia, NZ, SK, and Russia FORCED themselves onto helping Japan? They have all sent humanitary supplies/rescue teams to the country who are all actively participating in the effort to make this whole mess a bit better - because since the quake and up until now, it only got worse. This "Japan doesn't need anyone" attitude is factually wrong.
