There's others that haven't been mentioned yet too like Pikmin 2(NA), Another Code R(NA), Chibi-robo, Takt of Magic, most likely the upcoming remake of FF2. Nor has there been any indication Xenoblade will ever come over (as much as I'd like it to as well).
Speaking for NoA - after the first year they seemed to determine their market was Nintendofans and casual and didn't bother with anything that wasn't an exisiting Nintendo franchise or has casual appeal. But then they published Samurai Warriors 3 which seemed pretty random but maybe that was a Nintendo of Japan decision similar to MH3.
