This kind of capitalism has been dead since... I dunno, mid XIX century))
Though it should be noted that for the last 20 years or so demontage of so called "welfare state" is in process, which passed a point of no return couple of years ago (you might have noticed protests in Europe against modern social policy), so we may be in "pure" capitalism sooner or later. You ain't gonna like it.
