What would it take to sell you on NGP/3DS?

Both - lower price tag.

I prefer to not pay more than around $200 for a price.  I know the 3DS is too much and I just assume the NGP will be more than the 3DS or at the very least equal.

If both of those were around the $200 mark I would probably get both day one.
