Finally, after 50 tediously slow levels, Deino evolved into Zweilous. Just 14 more to go till Hydreigon >_<.

Whomever thought that it was a good idea to put such high levels to evolve pokemon should be fired from Game Freak D:

That's the reason why I EV trained him on speed and special attack

I'm just glad he's such a high evolve, so no-one else in the game has one

Not even the east side trainers nor the enhanced elite four? That's good news XD. 

I'm uncertain if the elite 4 have one or not, but I'm fairly certain no-one on the east side has one!

Anyone know where these strange 7 sages are?

There's one on the bottom floor of the Relic Castle, on the Dreamyard, on the Ice Storage on Driftveil city, on Chargestone Cave, at the westernmost spot of Route 18 and on the Dragonspiral tower.

You can access the Dreamyard any day, I believe.
