What, I'm not alone here? Because I don't think I'm ever going to pay more than 20€ for a game whose retail version requires Steam (and especially if they market the game as 'supporting Steamworks'), and even that 20€ would require a ridiculously good game I don't think even exists at the moment. I might just pay 15€ for Total War: Shogun 2 if I can ever get the retail version with all DLC included at that price - provided I have the money of course.
