well a nuclear meltdown would be the absolute worse for Japan, it would effect Japan for many years.(I believe chernobyl still has radiation it it soil to this day) they've already evactuated people in a 12-mile radius. and tie that in with a threat of another tsunami would just worsen an already deep wound.
