There weren't any major lawsuits over the use of the Wiimote, which is odd considering how many people seemed incapable of swinging a remote around without
a) smacking someone in the face with a back swing
b) smashing a flatscreen panel/stereo component/media center/lap top
c) making a hole in the wall/window
d) inadvertently hitting a pet.

I'm sure the max load will be clearly marked along with a disclaimer typical to exercise programs/equipment recommending the user obtains the advice of a physician or health care provider before beginning any new fitness regimen.

First cardiac arrest due to Wii Fit use predictions anyone?
