I very much doubt they do, Liberty City on 360 sold the bulk on XBL, no reason they wouldn't include these numbers. And I bet it did at least 2 mill on XBL alone.
360 version is probably approaching 10 mill
I aslo doubt PC/Steam added any significant numbers.
