I don't have the membership and not planning to get it anytime soon. It is totally worth it for heavy gamers who play alot of games. I already have a quite a backlog (came to know i am not the only one) so getting more and more is just going to pile up. But yes recommended for anyone with new ps3 and those who want new awesome free or cheap games to play.
