Don't think are saying handhelds can't do it, but the handheld market doesn't draw the FPS market.
I mean the DS had a handfull of FPS, which were actually quite solid to good in quality but sales weren't there only because most FPS fans are either graphic or multiplayer heavy and unless the 3DS or NGP prove they can match, the FPS market will stick to consoles and PCs.
