I honestly think it doesnt need it, they rushed Kinect out to compete with Move, if you have twitter follow 123kinect they have all sorts of awesome news stories with the avatars etc. 

That fabled clothes thing is apparently closer than ever.

I think a refined Kinect would make sense. If they build the NextBox to let Kinect be more easily integrated from a hardware perspective, there's no reason why they shouldn't make Kinect itself better. I'm not talking a huge overhaul or anything, but just some changes to the hardware to allow for more fidelty. 

And a controller built to work with Kinect would be awesome, as I imagine that every Xbox will be sold with Kinect. This would make it much easier to create hybrid titles that don't need to rely 100% on one or the other to feel good, but at the same time still allowing you to do games that focus entirely on just one interface.
