Yeah, Rodea the Sky Soldier and some other unannounced game (Lolipop Chainsaw) were both trademarked by Kadokawa in the US already. My guess is they're either setting up a US publishing division, or they at least plan to partner with someone else on publishing in the west.
Also, Xseed said they were interested in both Earth Seeker and Rodea. I'm pretty sure we'll be seeing both in the US eventually.
