The show had ran its course long ago anyway.
They should pull an Eight simple rules trick if they want to carry on. Replace the main character with two mediocre characters. My guess would be Emilio Estevez as the long lost third brother who looks and acts a lot like Charlie Sheen, and then you just needs a wise cracking cousin, perhaps the illegitimate child belonging to someone Charlie Sheen got pregnant before the show.
