Yeah personally I know it isn't going to sell that well but I've always liked the older PC titles that were all about trajectory and the like.  I mean it's boring as hell for most but on my old packard bell there was nothing better than some old school golf and tanks, it was all about knowing angle degrees and your equipment.  Plus it looks like the 3D could be interesting as well especially with the diving sections.

To the people who actually try to read and understand different view points: I will not stand by and watch the ngp be torn down and no one should either. There is FAR too much of that going on already and moderation needs to be done and/or mod powers need to be taken away. I mean, how many threads have we had that say ngp is DOA? And how many joke threads have been dedicated to it thus far with the intent of mocking? Damn son, we're already reaching N-Gage levels of hate

It might seem like I'm against the 3ds in here but that is incorrect. I love and will be getting one. But the 3ds goon squad needs to calm down srsly. Can't wii all just get along? Can't the NGP exist and be awesome along side the 3ds?

The 3ds will sell much more than the ngp anyway so I don't know why the ngp gives people such an itch...

Uhm I'm not attacking NGP either so why are we even having this discussion if we're on the same page here... and of course I'm not going to read a wall of text when the first few lines are outlandish claims, that's one of the basic rules of writing, if you're going to have an outlandish claim put it at the end where people already have read the rest of your opinion and you've established credibility.

Why do I not waste my time on reading those posts?  Cause it's hard enough hammering home one point let alone go through an entire post of issues and trying to hit all of them, so focus on one then move to the rest, cause I'm fairly certain once one point is finished the person in question will of course bring up his other points again, they always do then I can read the first paragraph again... and discuss that one

Why? I read your wall of text in which you claimed I didn't understand/ was full of crap. And how did you know what I was saying if you didn't read it? I think that explains why you think I made outlandish claims, you invented them in your own head.

Let's wrap this up why don't we? I grow weary so let's have a quick analysis of what the argument was and where we are mkay?

1. You claimed the NGP and sony aren't putting emphasis on 'pick up and play' games. I explained this in full with naming multiple games as examples. You have yet to properly address this. FACT

2. you claimed the NGP power difference was meager between the 3ds. Again, I explained this in full and again, have yet to receive a proper response.

3. BC. Has been explained. PSN accounts are Sony's multi-system approace to BC. Not only for next gen portable, but for ALL systems that sony will ever release from now on... You know how many games I will get to play on NGP day one without paying? Many. and all I have to do is hit download etc. etc.

So... this is where we are... where will you take it?

Tell me patapon how many physical PSP discs do you own?

NGP doesn't have it's focus on portable games with the key word being portable being imbuned into the design philosophy, already went into this, what Sony is pushing is home console spectacles being made by outsourced teams, the games they've shown off so far that don't push this have yet to show some reason they could be fun and interesting.

And I never said they were megar, minimal, etc differences between 3DS and NGP graphically I said they were in range of each other, that's to say the Xbox stomped the hell out of PS2 graphically but PS2 was within range that engines allowed them to make many games multiplat, and we're already seeing third party multiplat engines running on 3DS so no dur they're probably going to have some multiplats not only between 3DS and NGP but the handhelds and PS3 and 360...
