You  can't be serious. The legitimate homebrew scene on the Wii, for example, is enormous - I've never seen a console have a more interesting or more focused homebrew community. The Brawl mods alone.... neverminding the import scene being so improved by the ability to integrate fan translations and the like.

This does too much damage to legitimate but unusual customers.
