My life is like a battleground. By this, I mean there is always an ongoing war between owners of various consoles, and facts can suddenly seem confusing when everyone is questioning them. I've got a friendship-group that I'm trying to convince that the 3DS is awesome. The only problem is that I'm outnumbered around 3:1, and I have nothing to back up my points with. You know how hard it is to convince someone who doesn't want to listen, right? That's why I need your help. Below are a list of genuine quotations that I've had to defend myself against in the last week or so - relating both to the games and the sales potential of the 3DS. I've managed to hold my ground so far, but it's getting more difficult by the minute. How can I respond to these statements?
"PSP looks much better [graphically] than 3DS"
"3DS is for casuals; like the DS"
"Pilotwings is a minigame"
"The 3DS line-up is almost completely made up of remakes"
"Steel Diver is a tech demo, and a bad one at that"
"3D is a gimmick, and will fail like 3DTV"
