Yeah. Not 100% but you know Media Create >= Famitsu > Chart-Track > NPD.

Where do you get that? From what I recall, Chart Track tracks 90% of the UK market, so there's very little error there. NPD last I heard tracks around 60% of USA market, while media create and famitsu only directly track about 50% of Japan's market.

 

So one would think in terms of pure accuracy it would go Chart Track>NPD>Media Create.
