I could see from that pic there there are over 100 used games for each. That's pretty bad. See how they all showed large prints of "3DS Used" right above the New Release for DS?

the system has been out for like a week with hw and sw already available for resale, I stated a fact. :) I'm sorry for not going to japan and into all shops to take pics of isles of used copies to match the used game isles of 100's of games at your local gigantic gamestop. truly sorry :( okie?

Isnt it normal practice with all console to be able to find used HW and SW already after 1 week? Is it particularly more noticeable on 3DS when compare to other past console?

pretty sure it is...at least on the SW side. See my initial discussion with Jarrod was about with used games in the market already, how the legs will pan out for some of these games over the next few weeks (an issue ps3 is having since the used market is huge over there). I agree with him that in the least the most popular ones such as layton and sf4 should have some nice legs without a problem. I only posted the pic just to show that it wasn't exactly only crappy games being sold as used at the moment. nothing more nothing less.
