1. I didn't claim they would. I wrote "hyopthetical" more than once. Did you miss that.
2. A bit of servers, but it's not as though Wii games don't have online support. Plus Wii games do allow charging if they become popular enough.
3. Conduit didn't get that much marketing. There were ads, but not "all over the place", and still not as much as the HD systems (despite how you try to claim some didn't have any just because you didn't see any ads). Plus unlike Conduit, these games already proved they are good, which is why older games can still sell.
A flashy-first game is awesome when it comes out. A great-first game is awesome forever.
