So how many copies did it sell? 100K? 250K?

Well, I know amp bought like ten copies, so 15-20 is my guess.

Hehe.  It's over a million now.

Is this Golden Eye remake we're talking about? 1 million? On downloads or retail?

GoldenEye for the Wii has sold over a million copies.

So just a milion or two more and it'll get close to what succesfull new IPs like Bioshock or Borderlands sold on X360/PS3 not counting PC sales.

Tryly amazing achievment for a game released on a console with highest userbase, being remake of one of legendary games for Nintendo faithfull and having connection to huge movie IP.

You are ignoring the neglect causing customers who would have bought more to leave, and the fact that such games get almost no marketing (Goldeneye still had a fraction compared to a lot of the HD games), and that it's still selling

If consumers are leaving then there's even more reasons to not develop games for Wii since you don't know how many of them will remain active at all in 12-24 months time after you finished development.

For me sales of Golden Eye are another proof that only reasons to develop on Wii are low budget (Conduit/Madworld/Muramasa) or a good IP to revive. If all you want is good return of investment it's better to develop another party/sports/fitness game or invest into platformer title.
