It looked incrdeible on the still screens but in motion it's actually not that impressivr. But still the best looking shotter to date.

as in loading assets into memory as they are needed, so you can have massive and detailed inviroments on systems with limited memory like the consoles. Crytek took it a bit far in Crysis 2 so everything pops in (multiplayer demo), but from the gameplay shown of BC2 that doesn't seem to be a problem.
