Thanks for the info, I thought anything with "DS" in the name was compatible...never owned one so never quite got all the "XL" and "i" stuff, I just thought adding a "3" to the "DS" just meant it was the same portable as previous models but with 3D capabilities. I am sure I read that was the case ages ago... oh well.
the 3DS has definitely grabbed my attention.
