$314million to $377 million is a $63 million differece and that on it's own would be enough to move any move up the list of highest grossing movies other than the top 3.
The second to last Harry Potter Movie is currently the second highest grossing. Harry Potter movies make up 4 of the top 12 (for WW) so even slightly better would have it be right up there with the higher two of the pirates movies.
I don't know about pleanty of room for other movies to beat it. It could be beat last year would people have expected Toy Story 3 and Alice to both do over a billion? I doubt it. However Harry is likely to hit a billion so Pirates could beat it this year. Altough the last pirates movie didn't do as well as the first two. Or something else could come along, but my bets are with Harry.
