well nothing im just predicting. didnt nintendo say it themselves that their trieng to make it more applicable to the public?

also when it comes to the combat i agree with you that they should have a variety in weapons but,how could they improve sword combat? theirs nothing wrong with putting an emphasis with the story, but other then the difficulty level and weapons how did the combat change?

Maybe Nintendo has said just that, but that is nothing that would worry me as the result of that approach usually is a game that is more of a game than anything else and that I like.

The difficulty level is extremely important for a game centered around combat. Because if the game is easy, then more powerful weapons and all sorts of other upgrades start to lose their meaning. If you don't need them, then why should you strive to get them other for completion's sake? That's where Zelda fails nowadays.

In the last few games the few challenging areas were entirely optional which also makes them just something you do for completion's sake, but the dungeons you have to pass to progress the story are generally all on the easy side. That may be cool for those people who enjoy the story of these Zelda games, but for people like me it becomes boring.

so your just asking for a more challenging game. it would help out if it had difficulty levels.

i wish demon souls had that.
