Personally it doesn't make sense, simply a console at launch can't be judged. look at DS, with its launch line up, non-existant multimedia, small power, bad online...it sure would have scored 4 or 5, but look where it ended up, with one of the most amazing line ups ever (if you like japanese games, if you don't I guess you think different). 3DS looks better than DS at launch in every department and just foolish comparisons with iPod or smartphone can make it look a bad handheld. We have to wait and see how it turns up to be, and judge at the end, when everything is said and done. |
You would hope they take that context into consideration, and they seem to have based on how favorable the scores are numerically
