Definately N64. It certainly didn't have the largest library, but the games were incredible. That Nintendo/Rare combo was unstopable. Goldeneye, PD, Mario 64, BK, DK64, Mario Kart, Zelda, and many more. Its a pity about the lack of memorable 3rd party titles however, which was obviously a factor in the eventual outcome. The THQ wrestling series was one notable exception - No Mercy etc, which in my opinion compare favorably to the more recent wrestling games.
PS had more than its fair share of hits too. GT in particular was very impressive for its time. Racing simulators and RPG's were almost nonexistant on the N64, so for fans of these genres the PS was the obvious choice. But overall, I say N64.
