Is PSP BC a big NGP selling point for you?

It's software emulated, so they won't. The reason it was cut from the PS3 was to save hardware costs, and since there is nothing like that here, they won't.

I thought they took out the software emulation out of the ps3 too? 

Parts of the PS2 BC were always hardware. Sony just managed to emulate more and more of it with software, but they never had complete software emulation.
