Wii, by far.
Don't think it will be a big seller on any platform though. Would probably sell better if they went with digital distribution on PS3/360. Games like this don't seem to see any advertising, at all, and usually they're hidden away from the 'charts' showcasing the popular titles, in physical stores. In England at least, so due to marketing alone I can't see it selling well on 360/PS3. Not sure how good the game is either, looks kind of boring, reviews might effect sales somewhat.
