Currently reading Children of Dune By Frank Herbert. A very interesting read, great science fiction though the style in which it is written may be a tad impenetrable to casual readers, with lots of internal monologue and concurrent plot lines.

Still if you are a fan of hard sci fi and haven't read some of the Dune novels I highly recommend you do so, lol.

easily one of my favorite series of all time.

I've just finished the awesome "Surface Detail" by Iain M Banks. I love 'hard' Sci-fi

Currently re-reading "The Shape of Things to Come" by H.G. Wells, bloody good author for a commie lol

Yea they are great books

I will try to get my hands on some of Iain M Banks' The Culture series next I really liked Use of Weapons and aparently that's not even the best in the series so I imagine that the others are fantastic lol. I will try to start on the oldest one this time Consider Phlebas if I can find it and work my way up to Surface Detail.

Then again I might look into some dark fantasy instead of more sci fi, it is possible to get burnt out on the stuff no matter how good it is.
