Just saying... GT5 was UP in US too or at least on pair... Japan is the big issue here (50% drop).


Actually I missed that.  I thought it was mainly down in Japan and a bit down in US.  I guess the people taking the US as gloomy are simply refusing to accept that it doesn't do huge numbers there it must be failing.   I've seen so much doom based on US I guess it influenced my own view a bit!

I guess it's like looking at Halo 3's EMEAA number (around 3. somthing million or so I believe) and declaring it a failure and ignoring the other 8 million in US.

Some titles - just like the consoles themselves - are highly regional in their sales.

But you know that :)
