Important to remember:

 

• There's no difference between 'core' and 'casual', great games sell to both (NSMBWii, for one)
• There's no great Wii games out ATM
  Not true, there are no upcoming games in the near future, that doesn't mean the Wii doesn't have a good library.
• But the other consoles have Dead Space 2, Marvel Vs Capcom 3 etc. The Wii does have great games coming out, and a great library, but it's outclassed at this moment in time...
• The PS360 are off te back of price-cuts/add-ons
  Wii received it's pricecut after 360 and PS3, why leave it out?
• I'm talking about last year's Move, Kinect, 360S and PS3 Slim...
• The Wii sold amazingly well in its second year
• It's tracking well ahead of the PS2 ATM
  Only in the USA it's "well ahead", EMEAA will go down soon and Japan will always be PS2's.
• True, but it's far enough ahead in America (the biggest market!) to outweigh it. And in EMEAA, it's only behind because of these smaller countries...
• It's currently the best selling console of 2011
  Not true according to VGC, it's behind the PS3.
• Last Time I checked, it was ahead...
