I've got a nintendo magazine right here with a pokemon Black and White article.
It quotes the following:
"Sabemos que habrá una tercera versión aún mejor... ¿quizá para Nintendo 3DS?"
TRANSLATED:
"We know that there will be a third and better version ... maybe for Nintendo 3DS?"
It seems like enough is never enough for these guys. There will be a third, we just don't know its details yet.
