The most important thing is to get rid of those shady cellphone ringtone commercials.
Having flashy intrusive ads on a site that wants to be known for it's professionalism and accurate numbers is contradicting. I know it's hard to get some decent ads on the net but you really need to fix this. I know the majority of the young members here won't care but the big boys do.
