ND isn't a hand held developer; they have 80 - 120 employees who focus on the ps3. It would be the dumbest decision ever to get those people working on a NGP title as they are currently the best ps3 developers out there. Also, they are making U3 at the moment and so it would be unfeasible for them to work on a NGP title concurrently.
As for being pissed off because they are not making the game(s) you want...that is just the dumbest excuse I've ever heard.
How about you protest agaisnt ND and NOT buy U3 isntead coming up with nonsensical reasons to be pissed off at them. That way I can have a chuckle over you missing out on U3 instead of being enraged over your inane reasoning.
