All of those games had things taken away from them by the transition to the DS - notably the loss of analog controls for the first two and the loss of local multiplayer for the latter.

Ocarina of Time isn't losing anything and is gaining a lot - Melee-level character models are nice, but the biggest improvement is unquestionably going to be the texture resolution.
