There are six endings. One of them is basically the true ending cut short at a pivotal part, so that one isn't required to get the most out of the game.

So there's one ending that's the uhh "good ending" I guess? The only reason I call it that is because it said "Bad End" at the end of the one I just finished.

There are three bad endings, one good ending, and the "true" ending. The bad endings show alternate conclusions to the story that come about when you diverge from the story path. The true ending's prerequisite is having already seen the good ending. If you plan to get them all, I recommend getting the three bad endings first. If you ever need a bit of guidance, there is a spoiler free story flowchart on gamefaqs.
