Here is an update to the situation I was dealing with.
I ended up flashing the Linksys e2000 with DD-WRT and now I have all 3 boxes that show open NAT while gaming online. If anyone stumbles upon this thread while looking for a solution, I suggest heading over to the DD-WRT website, check their router database and go from there. It was a very frustrating process searching the net and trying all sorts of different settings on the router with thge stock firmware. Flashing DD-WRT was easy and now I have an awesome router. Just read up first and follow the directions they provide on their site. I hope this is helpful.
I LOVE paying for Xbox Live! I also love that my love for it pisses off so many people.
