So what do Canadians think of Alex Trebek?  He was one of your most famous people and he gave up his citizenship to become American.  

He stopped being a person when he cut off the 'stache.

That's okay.  An American newsman named Lester Holt did the same thing.  I guess they think that being 'stacheless makes you look more intelligent.  I personally think that it's really manly and cool if you can pull it off (most guys can't).  It's kind of like a hoop earring.
