Well in the short film that was before Pokemon 3: The Movie Ash had a party celebrating his one year aniversary with Pikachu and seeing as he got Pikachu on his 10th birthday he really should be atleast 11... right?
As far as watching Best Wishes I am currently waiting for episode 19
