Would Konami and Pokemon make Yugioh and Pokemon AR cards for 3DS?

He might be referring to the Pokemon e-Reader cards...

I'm pretty sure that their was a TCG2 on GameBoy in Japan. I remember reading about it, but it never was brought over to the west.
