Gamestop will take preorders long past the amount of stock they're getting. Enjoy fighting in a line for a device you already preordered only to find that they sold out an hour ago and you'll be waiting two weeks. 

Hopefully it is first come first serve, because I preordered mine the first day it was offered.  (Online)

They were the first organization to do it, so that is why I jumped on. 

It will be first in line with a preorder, first serve.
