The PS3 has had a great deal more time for third party AAA titles to be developed actually. Third parties were expecting them to be dominant out the gate, and the two had similar launches in a couple of the largest markets. There was a delayed launch in Europe, but that was a last second occurance and is unlikely to have affected development time of anything.
While it is slightly odd to have so few third party sales on the Wii, that is mitigated by the much much lower cost of development. I suspect a developer/publisher could care less if they sold 1 or 1,000 of a game if profits were identical. The Wii also has far more new owners who are less likely to have bought a ton of games, and worse third party support.
Overall, it is slightly concerning when you look at the third party games sales, but not overly alarming yet. If the trend continues throughout the year then there will certianly be problems, but that is just something we have to wait and watch for.
