Note that I'm not adding "in my opinion", because this is not a statement of opinions: copyright infringiment is not theft in legal terms, and is a very different thing even in ethical and logical terms. That's orthogonal to the issue of stealing vs copyright infringment.

If you are fined for speed you're supposed to pay for it. Paying or not paying can get you in trouble and /or can pose ethic issues, but certainly does not involve "stealing"
